When Nanaw picked up Chase on Monday morning, Mama and Chase told Nanaw the story of Tee Tee's horrible night -- in the potty, the washer and dryer and finally in bed with Chase. Mama has forbidden Chase to ever take Tee Tee in the bathroom again. When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, they went to the Telegraph road library. Chase volunteered to Nanaw that he played soccer at recess. He said, "I called it the Winter Classic because it was snowy." Then Nanaw asked Chase what he had for lunch, and he said spaghetti. Nanaw asked which was the best spaghetti, Mama's or the school's. Very enthusiastically, Chase said, "Both!" At the library, Chase played with the Dr. Seuss display of green eggs and ham. Nanaw picked out three Berenstain Bears books for Chase to read but Chase didn't want Nanaw to check them out. Nanaw told him that if he didn't let her check them out, he wouldn’t get anything from the "bending machine" so he agreed. When they got to Nanaw's house, Chase wrote in the new workbook Nanaw bought for him on Sunday at Dollar Tree. Uncle Mike came over to Nanaw's house to fix the hoses on her washer, and Chase was happy to see him.
