Nanaw went over to visit Chase on Saturday around noon. Daddy was at the baseball field helping to clean up the field for the upcoming coach pitch Khoury League season. Chase was playing with his key chains for awhile. Nanaw brought his library books along with her -- the big dinosaur book and two Thomas books -- Thomas-saurus Rex and Gordon's New View. Nanaw read the Thomas-saurus Rex book to Chase. Then they went in Chase's room to play. There, Nanaw read some of the dinosaur book to Chase, especially the part about the asteroid and the extinction event. Then Nanaw and Chase shared the reading of Gordon's New View. Chase told Mama he was hungry so Mama made him a ham and cheese sandwich on a Hawaiian roll. It was the first time Nanaw had seen Chase eating a sandwich, and it was very cute. In the afternoon, Mama sent Nanaw a picture of Chase without his front tooth -- Mama said Daddy pulled the tooth. Chase said it was the best day of his life --LOL.
