When Chase came to Nanaw’s house, they played in Chase room. He carried all his "amamals" from his carry bag to his room. It was very cute. Nanaw did her volunteer thing in Chase’s class on Thursday morning, and as usual, the kids were rowdy but wonderful. Chase acts up as much or more than anyone. Mama thinks it’s just because I’m there. Nanaw had a good time, and she got to see and hug Mrs. Herrmann. When Nanaw picked Chase up, he was filthy again. He said they played pretend bumper cars at recess and he got dirty falling down. After school, Chase and Nanaw watched the weather channel in his room, while he ate pepperoni and mozzarella cheese as his after-school snack. Chase was very excited when the weather channel forecast said we might have a rain and snow mix tonight. Chase said he would call it a mix. When Nanaw took Chase home, he demonstrated to Mama how they played bumper cars at recess and how he fell down and got dirty. Mama said not to do it anymore. As part of his homework tonight, he has to make a suitcase out of brown construction paper. Very interesting. Nanaw can’t wait to see it tomorrow morning.
