Chase couldn't find his unfinished math paper that he was supposed to take home and finish Monday night. So Mama said he should talk to his teacher and ask her to help him find it. He said he was scared to do it but Mama said he had to do it anyway. Mama emailed the teacher about it to make it a little easier on Chase. Fortunately, they found the math paper in Chase's desk. He brought it home with him to work on tonight, along with his 15 minutes of reading and finishing his religion packet. Nanaw didn't have to pick Chase up from school today because Mama went to get him to take him to the orthodontist. Chase got new braces on his teeth with blue rubber bands that he has to wear for six months. Mama brought Chase to Nanaw's house after his appointment. For awhile, he played games on ABCYA. Then he decided he wanted to play with slime and toys. So Nanaw got out his peach and lilac slime, along with his kitchen toys (dishes, fruits, vegetables, etc.) Chase and Nanaw played with the slime and toys on the kitchen counter and had lots of fun. They found about 20 dice for Tee Tee in the fruits and vegetable basket. Tomorrow Chase wants to play cooking and recipes with the kinetic sand and PlayDough. Chase and his parents were having KFC for dinner so that
Chase could have mashed potatoes; he's supposed to only eat soft things tonight. Mama invited Nanaw but Nanaw said no because she's trying to eat healthfully. Today's pictures are close-ups of Chase's braces.
