Mama texted Nanaw that Chase had his last hockey game of the tournament at 10:45 on Sunday morning and that they would leave after that. Later, Mama called Nanaw when they were on the road and said that somehow she'd lost the book she'd been reading on the trip. It was The Note by Alafair Burke that Mama bought when she and Nanaw went to the awesome new library to see Alafair. Mama thought she'd put it in the bag she carried with her in the car but it wasn't there. She called the hotel and asked them to be on the lookout for it when they cleaned the room. Mama came to get Sly and Ty shortly after the returned home. Ty did some hiding out but eventually they found him. Later in the evening, when she was unpacking, Mama found her book and was very happy about it. Nanaw came over to visit Chase early in the evening. He told her that he'd already done his homework so they didn't have to study together. In his room, he showed her how he'd arranged all the guys on his bed. Nanaw took a picture because it looked so cute. It's the first photo below. Mama had gone to the grocery store, and she had Chase help Nanaw carry all his food out to the car. Nanaw was so happy to see Chase and his parents; she missed them while they were gone.
