Today didn’t start off well because Nanaw forgot to set her alarm so Mama called her and then brought Chase over to Nanaw’s house. Nanaw promises that won’t happen again. Chase and Nanaw stopped at the Columbia library on the way back to Chase’s house to check out the humongous Bug-a-boo book. In the third photo, Chase is posing with the book. The first photo shows Chase at Nanaw’s house posing with his blanket puppy that Mama sent with him to Nanaw’s. In the second photo, Chase is holding his puppy blanket and smiling. Sam’s toy of the day was green in honor of St. Pat’s Day and was the one Mama was hoping Nanaw would choose.

Today, Nanaw read The Velveteen Rabbit (sort of a sad book, actually) to Chase, and he also listened to Mama's recirded book, which he seems to like a lot.  Then Chase and Nanaw went for a walk. Chase had lots of smiles, as shown in the two photos below. Sam's toy of the day was a green one from the dollar store.

Chase was a great hit in his Cardinals' onesie pose for the camera where he seemed to be saying "Go Cardinals!" Chase and Nanaw went for a walk using the big stroller to keep the sun off Chase. He listened to the book Mama recorded for him and watched lots of cartoone, including Pound Puppies -- unfortunately, he also watched some intended for girls, including The Little Pony and Strawberrty Shortcake. In the second photo, Sam is out on the deck looking in at Chase, and Sam seems to be saying, "Come outside and play with me, little brother." Sam's toy of the day was a red devil loofah.

Chase spent the day at Nanaw's house while Mama worked at home. In the morning, Chase and Nanaw took a walk in Nanaw's subdivision. Then, at lunchtime, Chase and Nanaw went to his house to go for a walk with Mama and Sam. The second photo is with the quacking duck from Aunty Karen. In the third photo, Chase is wearing his warm-weather onesie.

Chase wore his whale outfit today and smiled for the camera. Later, he gave Nanaw his sideways look when she took a picture of the whale outfit’s feet for Mama. Later in the afternoon, Chase and Nanaw went for a walk in the sunny weather. In the other three photos, Sam’s toy of the day is Chester the Cow; McKinley is comfy on Nanaw’s computer bag; and Mufasa’s new favorite place is Chase’s closet.

Chase had on his "big boy" jeans and looked like a toughie. Daddy, Mama and Chase were going to visit Uncle Stan and Aunt Becca and to borrow Uncle Stan’s truck.

Nanaw went to visit Chase on Saturday morning before his adventure with Daddy – they went out to Wentzville to visit Grandma Pat and Aunty Patty. Mama went to a winery with Aunt Becca so it was a busy day for everybody, including Nanaw – she got a Pertussis shot for Chase’s protection. Chase was wearing a cute Daddy’s All Star baseball outfit. The sec ond picture is Chase and Mama up in the middle of the night – they got to see the start of Daylight Saving Time.
