Today was another day of adventures for the Southerland family. In the afternoon, Mama, Daddy and Chase went to Jackson’s first birthday party. Chase gave Jackson a soft-sided golf set and a popcorn popper. Then they all went to Uncle George’s to pick up Mama’s car. Finally they went to dinner at Cici’s for Daddy’s and Cousin Joe’s birthdays. Mama read a Miss Spider book to Chase at the restaurant and later, Cousin Lindsey read "Green Eggs and Ham" to him at Nanaw’s house.
