Chase spent a lot time today walking around the living room – every day, he gets better and better at walking. It’s fascinating to watch him attempt to keep his balance so that he doesn’t fall. Sometimes when it seems as if he’s going to fall in a certain direction, he walks in that direction and manages to maintain his balance and continue walking. When Chase woke up from his morning nap, Nanaw heard him "talking" in his room instead of crying. When Nanaw went in to get him, she found him talking to Mufasa who was curled up on a quilt next to Chase’s crib. In the afternoon, Chase and Nanaw went to the post office, then stopped at Nanaw’s house to pick up a Santa hat from one of Nanaw’s bears to try it out for a picture of Chase. Sam’s toy of the day today was his Rams football.
