Mama had the day off from work so Mama, Chase and Nanaw spent the day together, playing lots with Chase and shopping and running errands. They went to the post office for stamps, then to Penney’s and Yankee Candle at South County Mall. Mama bought kettle corn, which Chase really likes. As they walked along the mall, Chase kept saying "More, more" for more kettle corn. While Chase and Nanaw were napping, Mama wrapped Christmas presents and made delicious pretzels dipped in almond bark – yum yum. After Chase’s nap and lunch, they went back to the post office to mail Mama’s Christmas cards. Then they went to JoAnn’s Fabrics and Crafts because Mama wanted to look at fleece. She didn’t find any that she liked but she bought packages of candy for making Christmas treats. They bought more flash cards for Chase and a chain for Nanaw to sew on her coat to hold her muffler. Mama made a Chinese experimental dinner but Nanaw didn’t stay because she was stuffed with almond bark pretzels and kettle corn.
