Today’s adventure for Chase and Nanaw was going to Clayton Laptime. But first they had to go to Chase’s house to get a pair of shoes for him because Mama forgot to pack them in his bag. On the drive to Laptime, Nanaw had the conversation with Chase about sitting on her lap during story time and song time and about being gentle with the other boys and girls because they’re mostly babies and he’s a big boy. Chase did really well sitting on Nanaw’s lap but not so much with being gentle. He didn’t hurt anyone but he decided to empty out the Laptime toy boxes – throwing books and toys everywhere. He spent of a lot during play time carrying toys over to Gretchen’s grandpa – it was very cute. In the afternoon, Chase had "school" and watched the Scout phonics DVD and colored. After Chase and Mama got home from Nanaw’s house, Chase ran into the living room to investigate the new bookshelves that Daddy put together and filled with Chase’s toys. Chase immediately removed all the toys.
