Chase’s adventure today was a trip to the Clayton Laptime. Miss Jeannie wasn’t there – the program was run today by her back-up, Miss Laura. Miss Laura said she will probably be doing Laptime once a month for Miss Jeannie. Miss Laura did lots and lots of bubbles for Chase and that seemed to make him really happy. He played with all sorts of cars and trucks and Nanaw played "Crash!" with him – that’s where they ram two vehicles into each other and say "Crash!" Chase had an extra long time in school today to make up for the days he missed. He played with the keyboard, the markers, and the flash cards and watched the Scout Phonics Farm DVD. In the evening, Jackson and his parents came over for a dinner of mostaccioli and cheese garlic bread. Chase seemed to have lots of fun playing with Jackson.
