First thing this morning, Chase and Nanaw went to Walmart, and Chase was his usual, friendly. smiling self, saying Hi and Bye to everyone. Chase's main adventure of the day was going to Tot Time at the Columbia Library. Chase behaved amazingly well this time, mostly sitting and listening to the stories and songs. Nanaw had to tell him to sit down a few times but otherwise he was so good. He was watching the other little children and doing what they did. Once again, craft time seemed to be his favorite. Today's project was making a construction paper sun. Glue sticks were involved, and Chase managed to spread a coat of purple-colored glue stick all over the sun. Riley's Mama told us not to worry, that the glue would dry clear and it did! Nana put the sun on Chase's refrigerator so Mama and Daddy could see it when they got home. After Chase's nap, Chase and Nanaw came back to Nanaw's house and went downstairs for Chase to play. He ran around pushing his grocery cart and little umbrella stroller. He also played night-night in the big cardboard box Uncle Mike gave him to use as a playhouse. He also put the fish pillows in the playhouse and laid down with them.
