When Chase came over to Nanaw's house on Monday morning, he told Nanaw that last night he had studied more for today's geography test and that he didn't need to study any more this morning -- so they didn't. After school, Chase said he had a good day and liked his mini corn dogs for lunch. At lunch recess, he and his friends played on the swings. Cole was back in school today, after missing the chili party and having walking pneumonia. Chase said the geography test wasn't too hard. He didn't bring his math worksheet packet home so Nanaw will have to wait until tomorrow to make a copy of it so she can do the math. Chase's only homework was his AR reading, and he was going to do that tonight. Nanaw looked at his history assignment and made a few suggestions. Nanaw likes reading his history. For a while, Chase went outside and threw a couple of small footballs in the back yard and had lots of fun. Nanaw suggested that he bring his regular-sized football over to Nanaw's house to practice what he calls "perfect spiral throws." This evening, he has catching lessons.
