Mama brought Chase over to Nanaw's house on Friday morning to visit for a while before their ice skating adventure. Chase played on the computer and complained about how slow it was. So Nanaw reset the modem, did the disk cleanup function, and deleted the browsing data. Chase said it was a little faster, and Nanaw was happy about that. At 10:45, Mama picked up Chase and Nanaw to go to the Centene ice rink at Riverport for Chase's ice skating adventure of Stick and Puck. What that means is that random hockey players pay $15 to skate and hit the puck around the ice rink for an hour. Chase got into his gear, and shot the puck and skated for about half an hour. Then he left the ice and changed out of his gear. He told Mama that his stomach hurt and that he had skated enough. Mama had planned to take Chase to Pure Hockey to spend the gift cards he got for Christmas but said he should go home and rest because of the evening's bowling birthday party, followed by the crew's sleepover at Chase's house. Nanaw went to the party, which started at 6 and lasted till 8. In addition to Chase, Brady, Cole, Drew, Hunter, and Joey, Brady's sister Emma and Hunter's brother Mason were there. They had a wonderful time bowling and eating pizza and goofing around. Nanaw was happy to see Cole's mom, Hunter's mom, and Emma's mom and dad there at the party. Mama had all kinds of snacks and drinks at the house for the boys, plus an ice cream cake for Chase's birthday cake.
