Chase’s tournament baseball games were canceled on Saturday because the rain yesterday made the fields too wet today to play on. Mama said that games were scheduled for Sunday; Chase is scheduled to play at 2:15. Mama is going to do her grocery shopping on Sunday morning while Daddy and Chase go to 9 o’clock mass. Mama texted the day’s rundown for Chase – Mama is so good about sending information about Chase to Nanaw for the weekend. He did some homework early in the day on Saturday, followed by some practice hitting. Daddy put the TV outside to watch the Cardinals baseball game like he did last night. Mama said it was a good game but unfortunately the Seattle Mariners beat the Cardinals 11 to 9. Later in the afternoon, Chase and Daddy went to the driving range. Nanaw went to the little house on Saturday, and on the way home she stopped at Lowe’s in Washington to buy a new faucet for the kitchen. She wanted one like Uncle Mike put in the kitchen at the little house, and she found one almost like it. The second picture below is the faucet at the little house, and the third picture is the new faucet for home. The old faucet is leaking so Uncle Mike will install the new one soon.
