Chase had his two Hobbit worksheets ready to turn in today. Tomorrow is the vocabulary test on chapters 28, 29 and 30; Chase and Nanaw will study for that after school. It was raining a little when Nanaw picked Chase up from school, and Nanaw was walking under her umbrella but Chase didn’t want to walk under it and didn’t seem to mind getting wet. At home, they looked at Homework Central to see what’s coming up in addition to tomorrow’s vocabulary test. On Thursday, Chase has a science test, and on Friday, he has a religion test. Both of them are with Mr. K, and both of them will be difficult. Somehow, Mr. K. sometimes puts questions on the test that Chase didn’t study for. In the dining room, they used the Blooket study game on Chase’s Chromebook to study for the vocab test. If Nanaw is remembering correctly, Chase got all the answers right both times they went through the 30 words. Blooket gives you the words with four answers as multiple choice. After Blooket, they went into Chase’s room to study the vocabulary packets. For this, Nanaw read the whole definition for the word, and Chase gave her the word. He didn’t do as well studying this way. Nanaw wanted to go through the packets again, but Chase said they could do it twice tomorrow morning before school.
