Mama and Nanaw spent the day together on Monday for Nanaw's birthday. First, they went to Walmart, and then to Costco, Schnuck's and Dollar Tree. For lunch, they went to Taco Bell's drive through for Crunch Wrap Supremes -- which were yummy. Both Mama and Nanaw went to pick Chase up at school. He really wanted to go to the little park by the library because his buddies Andrew and Brady were going to be there. Mama said yes, they could go. When they got to the little park, Chase saw that Andrew had his roller blades, and Chase wanted his also. Dear, sweet Mama drove home and got Chase's roller blades for him. Andrew's hockey team won second place in a tournament, and he got a really cool medal so Nanaw took a picture of him wearing his medal. Chase had a great time skating with Andrew, and they stayed at the park till 4 and then they went back to Nanaw's house. Mama went home to walk the dogs, and Chase stayed to play on the computer. Nanaw took Chase home at 5:30, then Nanaw went to Schnuck's to get chocolate ice cream and a little white cake; she also went to her house to get the chocolate cake, which she forgot to take when she took Chase home. For dinner, they ordered from Joe Boccardi's. Nanaw had fettuccini Alfredo; Mama and Daddy had pizza; Chase had toasted ravioli. Mama bought Nanaw lots of wonderful birthday presents: an alarm clock that puts the time on the ceiling; a $50 Amazon gift card; a purple candle that smells like grapes; plastic purple and white straws; and a purple kitty cat mask. Nanaw had a super great birthday. The last picture is Sylvester in the loofah bed right after he came to live with Mama two years ago on Nanaw's birthday.
