When Nanaw picked Chase up from school and he got in the car and saw the Curious George books on the back seat, he said, "It's not nice to force someone to do something, especially read books." Nanaw did her speech again how she and Mama want Chase to love books and reading like they do. Nanaw thinks Chase actually does like reading the Curious George books. He read the back cover of one of them that had a list of books on it, and told Nanaw which ones he'd already read. When they got home, Nanaw showed Chase the little box that the Curious George books are in and the next book he's going to read is Curious George Goes to the Movie. Nanaw looked at Chase's culture homework and saw that it had questions about his ancestors so Nanaw answered the questions for Mama's side of the family. Nanaw had put some toys on the kitchen counter for Chase to play with, but he decided he wanted to bring in more toys so Nanaw suggested that they put them on the living room floor. Chase played with them for about an hour, then said he wanted to play with the tablet. Next he played with the computer.
