On Sunday evening, Nanaw went over to Chase's house to visit him and to have lasagna for dinner. The other day, Mama asked Chase what he wanted for dinner on Sunday, and he said Grandma Pat's lasagna. So Mama made lasagna from Grand Pat's recipe. It was delicious -- Daddy, Chase and Mama agreed. Mama gave Nanaw some to take home with her -- Yay! After dinner, Chase and Nanaw played in the Gascar chair with some of Chase's toys: his toy soldiers; a big dinosaur; and the Mario guys. They had battles and shipwrecks and lots of lava. It was really fun. Chase had hockey practice at 7:30 so he had to get in his gear to be ready for practice. Next week is his last practice. Mama said she doesn't know if Will is going to sign him up again. Mama got her Johnson & Johnson Covid vaccine shot this morning at the Belleville Fairgrounds. She said it hurt but that was the only side effect she had.
