Chase’s first adventure today was a visit to Walmart. In the cheese aisle, he said cheese! Such a smart little bugaboo. Chase’s next adventure was Clayton Laptime. Nanaw forgot to bring Chase’s bag of treasures to keep him entertained during story time and songs. Fortunately, Nanaw was able to find things in the car that Chase could play with. Plus, she borrowed a couple of books from the sale table. So everything worked out fine. Chase’s third adventure was going out to dinner at Cici’s Pizza for cousin Joey’s 18th birthday. Daddy couldn’t come because he went out to Lake St. Louis to visit Chase’s new second cousin, Elias James. For the first time, Chase sat in the recliner and played with the remote and seemed to really enjoy it.
