Chase’s first adventure today was going to play in "Nanaw’s Park" – also known as Nanaw’s back yard, with lots of trees and grass and best of all, a swing. Nanaw put Chase in the swing and took his picture in the swing and then sat down with him so they could swing together. Chase laughed and laughed as they were swinging. Then Chase and Nanaw walked over to the neighbors’ house to play with the little boy Ti and the little girl Kinley who live one house away. Chase ran around their yard, smiling all the time. He played with Kinley;’s red and yellow car and with a blue ball and a yellow ball. We all went in the back yard to see the lake and to see where they’re going to put in a swimming pool. Daddy played in his golf league in the evening and Nanaw came over for dinner – mama used the new grill for the first time to grill hamburgers and potatoes.
