Chase’s first adventure on Friday was going to Clayton Laptime. He did the same thing that he did at Cliff Cave Laptime on Tuesday: After each song, when everyone clapped, Chase clapped the loudest and yelled out "Yay!" It was very cute and very noticeable -- and was remarked upon by the audience. Chase also played with and ran around with two other little boys – also very cute. Nanaw took Chase home after Laptime for the trip to Tennessee for cousin Megan’s graduation party. (Traveling Tennessee accompanied Chase, of course.) Mama says Chase was a good little traveler who managed to stay entertained. The trip took longer than expected because of traffic and construction but Sam was happy and comfortable in the front seat next to Daddy. Mama sat in back with Chase. They all got hungry before they arrived at their destination so they stopped at McDonald’s, one of Chase’s favorite places to eat.
