Chase and Nanaw had to wait to start their adventures on Monday morning because the furnace men came to look at Nanaw’s furnace. They cleaned one of the parts but couldn’t figure out what else was wrong. After they left, Chase and Nanaw went to the vet to get food for Nanaw’s kittens. Then they went to Handyman Hardware again to see the display. This time Chase got to see R2D2, Yoda, Darth Vader and a Storm Trooper. Nanaw took pictures and sent them to Mama, and Mama really liked the pictures. Next, they went to the library, and Chase played with floor puzzles and dominoes; then he played on the computer and ran around the bookshelves. Chase and Nanaw found some Thomas books and checked them out for story time. When Nanaw took Chase home, he told Daddy he wanted to paint, so Daddy got out the paints, and they sat at the kitchen table and painted.
