On Chase’s third birthday, he had Krispy Kreme donuts for breakfast. After breakfast, Nana came over to Chase's house for the opening presents. Chase got a Thomas avalanche, a Snowy Thomas, a Leap pad, an Emily, a kitchen the kitchen was a big hit and Chase seemed to really like it), a dinosaur, Hot Wheels, a Thomas repair shop with Stanley, and lots more. After Chase's nap, Mama, Daddy, Chase and Nanaw went to dinner at Steak ’n Shake. Chase got a Steak ’n Shake and a cardboard race car. They tried to go to the shrine to see the Christmas lights but the line was too long, so they drove around neighborhoods looking at lights – the lights were beautiful and impressive, and Chase seemed to really like them.
