Today’s story time books were Snowballs and Winter and the prop Mama sent was a stuffed reindeer. After breakfast, Chase and Nanaw went to the bank (where Chase got a sucker) and then to the post office. Then they went on the day’s adventure to Powder Valley. They took a walk on the short ½ mile loop – Chase did his usual friendly hellos to the other walkers – very cute. Inside the Nature Center, he did the same friendly thing with the other little boys and girls there. He loves little children and always wants to play with them. It will be a good thing for Chase when he goes to pre-school next year – he’ll have fun with the other children. In the Nature Center he visited the bees, the bear, the fishies, the snake tree house, the turtles and the puppet theater. When Chase got home, he immediately wanted to play Angry Birds and trains with Daddy – Daddy is Chase’s favorite playmate.
