Chase and Nanaw spent a quiet day at home on Thursday. Nanaw had thought they might go to Powder Valley but it was pouring down rain most of the day so they didn't. Chase and Nanaw played downstairs with the trains and the Lincoln Logs for awhile, then came upstairs to play with Play Dough. Chase did a pretty good job of not mixing the various colors of Play Dough together -- he did it once, and Nanaw asked him not to do it. Nanaw kept Chase up from his nap till 2 p.m. so Daddy could stop by to see him on his way home from work. Daddy was leaving Thursday afternoon to go fishing and golfing with Uncle Will-Bill, Uncle Chris, Uncle Chuck and Uncle Stan -- they were going to Rend Lake. Daddy brought Chase a present -- a Kylo Ren car. Chase was very excited about it, and he and Daddy played cars on the kitchen floor for awhile. In the evening, Mama, Chase and Nanaw went to the McDonald's by Walmart so that Chase could play in the tunnels in the play area.
