When Chase got out of school, he brought with him an exciting new stuffed animal: a turtle, along with a turtle book. He loves his new turtle and has been taking it everywhere and sleeping with it. He also got four new books from the book order, including another Llama Mama book. Chase's Mama keeps him very well supplied with books. After school, Chase and Nanaw went to Dollar Tree, where Chase got new paints and two superheroes. Then they went to the library, where Chase played with all the toy vegetables. He said he wanted to check out some movies but he couldn't find anything he wanted. He played on one of the computers for a few minutes and went through the tunnels, one of his favorite things to do. While they were at the library, Mama sent Nanaw a text message with a photo of Paint-Splattered Thomas, which she ordered from Amazon -- hopefully for Nanaw.
