On Sunday evening, Mama, Chase and Daddy had a Super Bowl party. Guests included Uncle Mike, Aunt Becky, cousin Nichole, her friend Kathleen, Uncle Will-Bill and Nanaw. Aunt Becca and Uncle Stan were supposed to be there also but Aunt Becca didn't feel well so they couldn't come. Uncle Will-Bill brought delicious chicken wings. Aunt Becky, Kathleen and Nichole brought lots of stuff: special caramel popcorn and popcorn coated with white chocolate; gluten-free brownies; lunch meat rollups; and wraps. Nanaw brought pink-iced cupcakes from Walmart, mixed nuts and cashews. Chase had an absolutely wonderful time watching the football game. Nanaw was surprised at how much attention he paid to the game. Chase and Nanaw played a game of War and Chase won, as usual. Chase also played Legos and hockey with Daddy. It was a fun party even though Mama was very sad that the Falcons lost -- she doesn't like the Patriots.
