Tuesday evening, Mama and Chase made a 1/2 birthday card for Ms. Carrow, and Chase took it to school this morning. Unfortunately, Ms. Carrow was taking her little girl to kindergarten so Chase wasn't able to give it to her personally. He gave it to Ms. Whitworth to give to Ms. Carrow. When Chase was standing in line to sign in on the smart board, he was between two little boys. The three of them kept bumping into each other and giggling -- it was very cute to watch, and Nanaw was happy to see Chase having fun with his friends. Nanaw had told Chase they were going to the Science Center after school but when Nanaw went to pick him up, it was snowing. So she thought maybe they shouldn't go. Chase cried when Nanaw told him, but then on the way home, the snow stopped so Nanaw decided they would go to the Science Center. Chase had a really good time, going to visit his favorite displays. It's been months since they last went, so Chase was excited to see everything. He played with the Mars Rover, the air balls, the little dinosaurs, the sand table and the smoke column. They visited the new display about math -- it's huge and very interesting. Chase cried again when it was time to go -- the Science Center closes at 4:30 p.m. in the winter. Chase fell asleep on the way home. Daddy took him to get a haircut when Nanaw brought him home.
