Chase's classroom was still a little confusing on Monday morning because of everybody being moved to a new table. No one was sure where anyone was sitting. But Chase seems fine with his new buddies: Cole, Drew and Stella. When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, he had a little stuffed bird with him that he says he gets to keep. The story Nanaw eventually got out of Chase was that he got to move his clip up three levels on the chart so that meant he could pick something out of the treasure box. He picked out the bird. It's a Secret Life of Pets pet, and Mama looked it up online while she was on the phone with Nanaw and Chase. The bird's name is Sweet Pea, and Chase is very happy with it. After school, Chase and Nanaw went to the Science Center for an adventure. Chase was happy to be there and took a lot of interest in the displays. It seemed to Nanaw that he was more interested in the scientific displays than before. It was a successful visit, although it was a short one. The Science Center closes at 4:30 p.m., and Chase and Nanaw didn't get there until 3:35 p.m. In the evening, Mama went to the Parents & Friends meeting at Chase's school with Brady's mom.
