Tuesday morning was the thanksgiving Mass at Chase's school. The parking lot was packed, and Chase and Nanaw had to make their own parking space by the newspaper recycling bins. They parked by a huge water puddle and had difficulty walking around the puddle. When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, he was wearing a Pilgrim hat he made. In the car, he took off the Pilgrim hat and put on both of his knit hats at the same time -- the Mizzou hat and the Paw Patrol hat. When they got back to Nanaw's house, Chase played with his Mega Blocks, which were still spread out all over Pawpaw's bed. When Nanaw took Chase home, they said good-bye to Sam who was going to the vet to get his bandage checked. Daddy was going bowling so Nanaw was going to stay with Chase until Mama got home. But Mama got home before Daddy left. Mama had planned to bake turkey cookies with Chase on Tuesday night but decided to wait until Thanksgiving morning so they had plenty of time.
