Tuesday evening, Mama sent Nanaw a picture of Chase smiling with the box of Yoda (Green Guy) cereal -- very cute -- it's the first picture below. On Wednesday, Chase and Nanaw spent another quiet day at home, playing and not going on any adventures. First thing in the morning, they sat on the front porch and had story time, with the Babar the Elephant book and the Big Elephants book. Chase also did some fishing in the fountain with his pretend fishing pole. Chase and Nanaw played downstairs in the schoolroom, and Chase played the piano keyboard. Because Nanaw had to go to the dentist later in the afternoon, Chase didn't take a nap at Nanaw's house, and she took Chase home early. Chase was excited to see that Daddy's car was in the garage with Mama's, and he kept saying, "Daddy's home! Daddy's home!" Mama said Chase only took a short nap -- he spent most of his time in bed chattering away.
