When Chase came to Nanaw's house on Monday morning, she told him they would go to one of the big Dollar Trees after school to buy slime for him. Chase liked that. At school, the boys and girls were kind of out of control. It forever for them to sign in -- they were chatting and playing rather than signing in -- very funny. When Nanaw picked Chase up from school, as he walked out, he told Mrs. Carrow he couldn't take his bucket home. She told him he would take it home Wednesday. Nanaw wasn't sure what he was talking about but perhaps it's his Father's Day present for Daddy. At Dollar Tree, Chase and Nanaw couldn't find slime but Chase found four things he really liked: another Star Wars toy; Play Dough cutters; another stuffed yellow emoji; and a pretend Rubix cube. Chase played with them on the way home and when he and Nanaw got home. Chase took the Rubix cube and the emoji home with him so he could show Mama. They'll have a sleepover with him, and then he'll bring them back to Nanaw's house.
