Rain again on Wednesday. Chase brought along his Paw Patrol umbrella and was very excited to use it. On the way to school, Nanaw promised Chase that they would go to Dollar Tree on the way home from school to buy more Star Wars miniature toys for him. On the school parking lot, Nanaw dropped Chase's Minion pillow for rest time. The pillowcase got wet so Nanaw took it off. When she picked Chase up from school, she asked Chase if he used his pillow for rest time, and he said no. Nanaw asked why not, and he said because it didn't have its cover -- what a cutie-pie. Chase picked out three more Star Wars miniatures and had a great time playing with them when he and Nanaw got back to the house. Chase also drew rainbows and made a super basketball hoop craft all by himself. He got a piece of paper, his scissors and a glue stick and managed to make the basketball hoop. Nanaw was very impressed. When Nanaw took Chase home, there was a present from Mama waiting for him on the kitchen table -- it was a new Cars car Mama got at Toys R Us when she went there to buy a present for Jackson's birthday party.
