In Tennessee, Mama sent Nanaw pictures of Chase in the swimming pool at the hotel and a picture of Chase with cousin Wesley. Mama and Chase swam and walked to Dollar General Saturday morning while Daddy went to the graduation ceremony. Chase absolutely loves to swim. Mama found slime at Dollar General, which was very exciting. She said she would try to get some for Nanaw’s house. Nanaw took Sam for a walk at the little house. Uncle Mike was supposed to come out to the little house but the power went off at his house so he couldn't come. Chase sent the Love Monster and Yeti stuffed animals with Nanaw to keep her company while he was gone. Nanaw put them on the bed at the little house, and Sam laid down right next to them. Nanaw thinks Sam is homesick for his family and the stuffed animals make him feel close to them.
