On Saturday, Mama went to a Wright City winery with Brady's mom and dad and other parents from Chase's school. Chase got to spend the night with Nanaw at the little house. Nanaw picked Chase up in the early afternoon and took him back to her house so he could watch Uncle Mike and cousin Joe chopping up firewood in Nanaw's back yard. He got a big kick out of that. Chase and Nanaw left for the little house about 3 o'clock. On the way out there, they stopped at the pumpkin place for Chase to play. He had a wonderful time playing in the bounce houses, on the slide, in the maze and riding the tricycle. They stayed almost till closing time. Chase and Nanaw took Sidney Crosby along with them, and Chase had a great time playing with the kitty. Nanaw tried to let Sidney Crosby sleep with them but he kept doing thumper kicks on Chase's stuffed "amamals" so Sidney had to sleep in the bathroom.
