Chase still wasn't feeling well on Tuesday morning but he said he wanted to go to school. Mama brought along chocolate chip muffins for his breakfast and that's what he ate, plus water. He didn't want chocolate milk. On the way to school, they went by Chase's house to get a belt for him. When Nanaw picked him up from school, he was wearing his bat headband -- very cute. He got a WOW in addition to a star on one of his sight words paper today -- so that’s good. He told Nanaw he went to the bathroom twice, before recess, and Nanaw was very proud of him and promised to take him to Dollar Tree for toys. But he said he wanted to rest and would go to Dollar Tree tomorrow. He played Play Dough for a little while, then played in his room for awhile. Then he said he wanted to lie down on his futon and rest, which he did, while watching WALL-E. He fell asleep and Nanaw had difficulty waking him and getting him out to the car. He fell asleep again on the way home, and Daddy carried him into the house. He went to lie down on his "Gascar" chair, and Mama said that's where he stayed for most of the evening.
