Chase, Mama and Daddy went to an 11 a.m. hockey game on Sunday morning -- the Blues versus the Penguins. So Chase got to see his favorite player: Sidney Crosby (the person Chase named Sidney Crosby the Cat after) score his 200th goal. Chase was supposed to go to Will's birthday party at the Columbia bowling alley. But it was cancelled because Will had a temperature of 102 degrees. When Nanaw went over to visit Chase, he and Mama were sitting at the kitchen table, and Chase was signing Valentine cards to his classmates. It was a struggle for the little fellow to write the names so Mama said they would work on it another time, and maybe Daddy would help. Later Chase played on the Gascar chair with an eclectic collection of cars, figurines, etc. making up his pretend games. Nanaw loves to watch and listen to the games he makes up.
