Thursday was the 100th day of kindergarten for Chase. Everyone was supposed to bring 100 of something. Chase took 100 Hershey's Kisses. Mama told him his hint to the class should be chocolate wrapped in foil. Note: When Nanaw picked Chase up, she asked him if he used that hint, he said, "No, I just showed them to them." LOL. In school, Chase said they made hats with 10 strips of construction paper that each had 10 dots on them. They also made necklaces with hundred beads and their names. They brought home bags of treats with 100 treats in them -- 10 each of things like, miniature marshmallows, pretzel sticks, raisins, M&Ms, chocolate chips, etc. On the way home, Chase fell asleep in the car. Then when he got to Nanaw's house, he laid down on the couch and slept till 5 p.m. when it was time to go home. Nanaw had made popcorn for him but he never woke up to eat it. Uncle Mike was there, and he got to say Hi to Chase and eat his popcorn.
