When Nanaw took Chase to school, all the children (including Chase) at his table were excited because they had new crayons and new glue sticks in the caddy on their table. Then when Nanaw picked Chase up, he told her that the pencils were sharpened also -- LOL. Ron and Chris were waiting to pick up Alaina, and Nanaw teased them about being there on another day besides Thursday when they always take Alaina and Noah home with them. Chris told Nanaw that Chase is a good boy, a really good boy. That made Nanaw so happy. Chase brought home four books that Mama bought for him from Scholastic. Three of them had toys with them and that made Chase happy. He especially liked the stuffed sea otter. Nanaw got to keep Chase till :15 because Mama had a hair appointment in Florissant and Daddy was going bowling. Chase and Nanaw had dinner at the dining room table, with a fire in the fireplace and a candle on the table. Sidney tried to stick his nose in the candle; hopefully, he didn't burn himself. Chase asked if they could have music so Nanaw played the CD she made with all the pop songs she'd bought from iTunes. He said Grace -- the Catholic blessing; but first he had to dance to Perfect. He says they say the blessing at lunch at school.
