Nanaw had a wonderful time on Wednesday in Chase's kindergarten class. She played a "less than, equal and greater than" game with the boys and girls on the SmartBoard. Nanaw was pleased to see how well the class did and how well they understood the concepts. Chase did an excellent job with the game and was very well-behaved, greatly impressing Nanaw with his good behavior. The class didn't go out to recess because it was so cold outside, and Mrs. Herrmann told them they would just continue with the center activities until they were finished. She asked Nanaw if she could stay a few minutes extra, and Nanaw said of course. After the center activities were done, Mrs. Herrmann asked Nanaw to listen to some of the boys and girls read their "tooth" books. Chase did a really good job of reading his and that made Nanaw happy. Nanaw stayed till the end of school and walked out with Chase -- that was great fun.
