Chase and Nanaw had a great adventure at the Science Center on Monday. Chase has only three days left of summer vacation so they'll be fun-filled. At the Science Center, Chase visited a lot of his favorite places, including the planets, Mars, the Mars Rover, the rain display, the earthquake area and the cars. He was especially happy to see his friends the chickens. There was one special black chicken who had fluffy black feathers on his legs and body, making him look like a big puffed up feather balloon. Chase played in the water area for quite a while -- it's his favorite. Unfortunately, a little boy splashed Chase badly, and he was soaking wet and not happy about it. So Chase and Nanaw left the water area and went outside to look at the concrete dinosaurs -- the triceratops and T Rex. In the afternoon, Chase and Nanaw played in his room. Uncle Mike came to cut the grass so Nanaw stayed home rather than going to Chase's soccer practice. He has practice again on Friday so she'll get to go then.
