Last night, Chase went home without Cutie Bernie and Tee Tee. Nanaw offered to take them to Chase's house but Mama said they could go to the North Pole together, then come back to Nanaw's house and meet Chase in the morning, so that's what they did. Mama also said that Chase needs to learn more responsibility about keeping track of his guys. Chase was very happy to see Cutie Bernie and Tee Tee when he got to Nanaw's house on Wednesday morning. (The first photo is Cutie Bernie and Tee Tee.) Nanaw got to hear the new bell when they got to school; it's better than the old one but still not great. During the day, Nanaw switched out the trains on the Christmas train table in the living room. She removed the trains that don't run and brought Thomas, James, Hiro and Spencer from downstairs. She also brought up Cranky Crane, which made Mama happy because she loves Cranky. After school, Chase and Nanaw ran errands, including Dollar Tree. At Dollar Tree, Chase picked out Christmas presents for his pets: a fish for Tyler; bacon treats for Sam; and a snowman toy for Sylvester. He also picked out a fish for himself and a candy cane filled with Mike and Ike candy. Nanaw got to keep Chase late Wednesday evening because Mama and Daddy were going out to dinner with friends. He played with the trains on the Christmas train table, having a train race that was really cute. He played on the laptop and watched Chase TV. Then he had a long bath in the garden tub. Nanaw was happy to have bonus Chase time.
