Chase’s adventure today was Laptime at the Clayton Library. Nanaw was worried that Chase might once again do his insistence on running around free during Laptime. So Nanaw brought books, toys and Puffs to entertain Chase during the stories and songs. And it worked! He sat on Nanaw’s lap and played with the books and toys and didn’t insist on running around before playtime started. Chase seemed to have a good time playing with the other boys and girls and visiting the parents – he’s very social. In the afternoon, Chase and Nanaw went for a walk in Nanaw’s subdivision. Chase stayed with Nanaw instead of going home to Mama and Daddy because they were going to a wedding. He and Nanaw went back to his house about 8 p.m. and he went to sleep about 9.
