Chase and Nanaw spent the day at Nanaw’s house and didn’t go anywhere for an adventure. Chase didn’t take a nap until about 2 in the afternoon. Usually he takes a nap around 9 or 10 in the morning. Nanaw put him in his crib at 9 but he never fell asleep. He talked to his stuffed animals and laughed for about an hour and then Nanaw got him up so he could play in his room. Nanaw made another bad strategic decision regarding crayons and coloring. Chase was sitting in his high chair after his mid-morning snack, and Nanaw gave him a couple of coloring books and some crayons. He did a little bit of scribbling in the coloring books but mostly he wrote all over his face and on the tray of the high chair. It was a funny mess, and Nanaw had to scrub to get the crayon off his face.
