Chase was happy to go to school today, as usual. Brady gave Nanaw a hug when she and Chase got there. Chase was excited about his new red plastic folder -- hopefully, this one will last longer than the others. Chase got Batman from the toy shelf and then got the storm trooper and gave it to Brady. After school, Chase and Nanaw went to the Grant's View library. That will be their library for the next six to nine months until the renovations of Cliff Cave are completed. Chase had a great time playing with two little girls named Layla and Sidney in the children's area. When it was time to go home, Chase threw a major tantrum. Nanaw had to practically drag a screaming Chase out of the library. When Nanaw was taking Chase home, she told him that Tuesday's adventure was going to be Lego time at the Columbia library. Chase decided that meant he was going to Lego Land, and that's what he told Mama and Daddy when he got home -- that everyone was going to Lego Land, which is far, far away. What a kid!
