Mama and Daddy had the day off from work for Presidents' Day. In the afternoon, Mama went to visit Auntie LaLa in the hospital, and Daddy took Chase out to visit Grandma Pat in Wentzville. Cousin Wesley was there and wanted to play with Chase. But Chase still wasn't feeling well so he was cranky and didn't want to play. Either Grandma Pat or Aunt Patty gave him a little Hot Wheels car that lights up all over -- it's very cute. In the evening, Nanaw came over for a delicious pot roast dinner and to watch the Grammy's -- an annual tradition. Mama made popcorn later in the evening, and everybody enjoyed it. Mama and Daddy decided that Nanaw should take Chase to the doctor Tuesday morning, when they have walk-in hours. He says his ears hurt and he was sick to his stomach during dinner. So Nanaw will take him to the doctor to make him "all better."
