Nanaw had planned an adventure at the Train House for Chase on Thursday but when Chase and Mama got to Nanaw's house, Mama said Chase was saying he felt sick. So Chase and Nanaw stayed home to play. They spent a lot of time playing in Chase's room, playing with the marbles, the farm, the monster trucks, and the new and old dinosaurs. They also went downstairs to play with trains. After Chase's nap, they played in his room again, and Chase kept climbing on the rails of the bed, and Nanaw was worried that he'd fall and hurt himself. So Nanaw lowered the railing and brought in a step stool to put next to the bed for Chase to climb in. He was delighted with the new arrangement and kept climbing in and out of bed -- very funny. When Nanaw was leaving from taking Chase home, he and Mama came running outside after Nanaw. Mama said Chase wanted to show Nanaw that he had his swimming suit on and was wearing his shark shoes. Nanaw was properly complimentary.
