Once again, Chase and Nanaw stayed home on Tuesday because once again the weather was unbearably hot. Maybe they'll go somewhere on Wednesday, if Uncle Doug doesn't come over. They could go to the library and stay inside where it's cool. Chase and Nanaw played with the mega blocks and with Chase's big box of cars. He also played in the living room with the mini Thomas trains and Choo Choo Charlie. They read the first story in Mouse Soup, and Nanaw asked Mama to include it again on Wednesday so they could finish reading it. Chase watched a lot of TV, and Nanaw is going to try to discourage that and find other activities for him to do. He gets very engrossed in the programs, and he loves watching them but Nanaw doesn't want him to watch too much. He's very cute about announcing to Nanaw what's on and gets very excited about his favorite programs: SpongeBob, Mutt & Stuff and Paw Patrol.
