Saturday was Uncle Mike's and Aunt Becky's annual Christmas party. Mama, Daddy and Chase came to pick up Nanaw to go with them to the party. Nanaw brought along some toys and things for Chase to play with at the party: She brought lots of Hot Wheels cars, a plastic snake, some dinosaurs, some Army men and some books. Uncle Mike took everyone downstairs to see how his workshop was all cleaned up, and Nanaw took a photo of one of the walls -- very organized. Chase had a really good time at the party, running around doing all kinds of things. The thing is did most was play with a "gril" named Emily, who had been at the last several parties Chase went to. Chase and Emily played with Cheyenne and chased the kitties. They also played hide and seek. Mama, Daddy and Nanaw were happy that Emily was there for Chase to play with. Chase spent a long time downstairs watching his cousins play pool. On the way home, Chase was once again entranced by the Christmas lights. That boy absolutely loves Christmas lights.
